This weekend will be spent in Cardiff for my sister's Hen Do, we leave early in the morning so I'd better start packing...

Also found out my other sister is bringing an inflatable man on the train ahahahaha oh god.

Couldn't believe it when I walked into my nearest newsagents for the latest magazines... so many are giving away great freebies this month (Last months' ones weren't half bad aswell)

This gorgeous palette is now on sale in John Lewis & Space Nk (the website) for around half its normal price - I purchased it from John Lewis priced £27 but I've seen it on the Space NK website for £20.

It contains four shades perfect for a nude/smokey eye, along with a cream blush & 3 glazes which as you can see from the swatch are quite sheer. 

 

I love love love this palette but as you can see from the swatch - the eye shadows and cheek colour aren't highly pigmented at all. (This is without the base applied) - so they'll require quite a bit of building up during application.

I gather this palette has been reduced due to the product being discontinued - so grab one while you can. It's a really portable size & comes with a lovely velvet brown pouch, nude lip pencil & eye base.
